Mid Year Population Estimates 2010
The 2010 ONS mid year population estimates have been published on neighbourhood statistics. This release provides the latest population estimates, broken down by gender and five year age band. Data is available down to Local Authority level, with MSOA and LSOA population estimates to be added later in the year.
2011 Health Profiles
The Association of Public Health Authorities has published the 2011 Public Health Profiles. Health Profiles is the Department of Health’s programme to improve availability and accessibility to heath and health-related information in England. They give a snapshot overview of health for each local authority in England. Health Profiles are produced annually by the Public Health Observatories in England working in partnership and are commissioned by the Department of Health. The data used within Health Profiles 2011 is provided for England, the Regions and Strategic Health Authorities and for every local authority in England. Data tables are available for each of the Health Profile indicators.
