DWP have changed the frequency with which they will release their benefit claimant datasets. Until further notice these will only be published on a six monthly basis instead of the previous quarterly basis.

Census population figures at small area level
This release will provide the population estimates, initially released in July 2012 at LA level, for small area geographies. The release comprises:

usually resident census population estimates for England and for Wales at output area level and ward level, by five year age bands and sex
estimates [...]

Date for Census 2011 Second release (local area data)
The next release of 2011 Census data, including total population and household estimates for wards and output areas is scheduled for 23 November 2012.
This will be followed by a release of Key Statistics and Quick Statistics tables (105 tables) at Output Area level and other standard geographies. [...]
