Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) - Performance Assessment Framework (PAF)
- DescriptionCSCI has a responsibility to monitor the performance of councils in providing social care services to adults. This is done through a Performance Assessment Framework (PAF) which measures performance by looking at how good a council is at doing certain tasks and achieving some specific results - outcomes. The PAF also examines ‘leadership’ and how good the council is at commissioning and the use of resources.
